Second leg of Pakistan Fashion is in progress in Karachi. Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design and the Asian Institute of Fashion Design participated today. Students from these schools presented a myriad of designs in chiffon, leather and silk. Models played their part excellently and well presented the designs.

Fashion Week is an effort to present a softer image of Pakistan. Fashion Week Pakistan started in Musharraf era but this episode was way better than earlier versions. Few foreign designers from Malaysia, Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are also showing their works this week.
